Do You Know the Year when the concept of fluid mechanics was introduced ?

Fluid mechanics, an ancient Greek concept, was first introduced by Archimedes around 250 BC. The first law of fluid mechanics, the conservation of mass, states that mass is conserved within a control volume for constant-density fluids. Isaac Newton, an ancient Greek, first described fluid viscosity in his 1687 Principia. The origin of fluid dynamics can be traced back to Leonardo da Vinci, who was educated at Plato's Academy. The Reynolds theory of fluid mechanics explains the relationship between mass and viscosity. Do you know when and where was the first recorded floods occured ?

In 1923, one of the earliest recorded floods in Lucknow, India, occurred. This year is the centenary year of that event.  Heavy monsoon season rainfall caused the Gomti River to overflow its banks, causing the flood.  The flood wreaked havoc on the city's old city, civil lines, and cantonment areas. According to the National Disaster Management Authority, major floods occur in India more than once every five years.  Every year, floods affect 75 lakh hectares of land and kill 1,600 people.  With 11,316 fatalities, 1977 saw the greatest number of flood-related deaths. The Ganga River had the highest flood in 1954, measuring 72,900 m J s“’ whereas the Yamuna River reached a height of 208.57 meters in 2023, the highest ever recorded. Ten New Ideas to open startups in smart agriculture

Video will be live from 10:30pm The agriculture sector has a major contribution to the GDP of India. In recent years this sector has observed multiple applications of innovative technology to enhance productivity under minimum expenditure. The term Smart Agriculture is now widely popular and multiple innovations can be seen to be implemented in various parts of the country. Not only in India but various parts of the World are trying to devise a novel solution to the common problems of agriculture. Examples of smart agriculture include precision farming, where sensors and GPS technology are used to optimize crop production by monitoring soil conditions and applying fertilizers and pesticides only where needed.  Another example is vertical farming, which involves growing crops in stacked layers or vertically inclined surfaces, using artificial lighting and controlled environments to maximize productivity in limited spaces.  Additionally, robotic farming systems are becoming incr...

Most Useful 10 Ideas for opening Start Ups in Water Reuse

Water reuse is the process of treating and reusing wastewater for a variety of applications, including irrigation, industrial processes, and even drinking water. It is critical in addressing water scarcity issues and ensuring long-term water management practices. We can reduce the strain on freshwater sources and reduce the environmental impact of water consumption by using treated wastewater. By introducing innovative technologies and solutions, start-ups play an important role in addressing water reuse challenges. These forays into entrepreneurship frequently bring new perspectives and approaches to the table, propelling advancements in wastewater treatment and recycling methods. Start-ups can help accelerate the adoption of water reuse practices and create a more sustainable future for water management by leveraging their agility and willingness to take risks. The goal of this essay is to investigate the significance of water reuse in addressing the world's growing water crisis....
