This journal is published from Landscape Research Group and Taylor and Francis. Six issues are published per year.The 2012 Impact Factor of the journal is 0.580 and 5 year Impact Factor is 0.98. Various people worldwide has applied nature based optimization methods for solving non-linear problems that exist in between reservoir variables.The optimization of Cascaded Multi Reservoir Systems involves the introduction of multi-variable optimization or minimization of utilization of water. The research output  will be a novel software which will show the optimized result if we give the desired values of the parameters and properly identify the reasoning. Water Reuse is a topic which is gaining attention day by day.The reason behind the interest is the climate change, urbanization and its impact on available water. As source and amount of water that can be treated is constant the growing demand from the ever-growing population has raised the stress on available water resources of any region manifold. Due to change in climate, amount of rainfall is now either over or under the level of requirement.This abnormality in the rainfall pattern and also the uncontrolled use of natural resources by the population for their earthly gains, has reduced both quality and quantity of water available for consumption.In these regard, the reuse of water is found to be a suitable and acceptable option to somehow mitigate the uncertainty.   ( Image Source ) The reclamation of water from waste-water in a planned or unplanned manner is known as Water Reuse. The waste or excess water from any system can be treated and reused. Types of Water Reuse This treated water can be used for watering plants,cleaning and washing, irrigation, recharging groundwater, filling up swimming pool or garden ponds and even for drinking. If the water is reclaimed for potable purpose then the process of reuse can be seperated into three different strategies : 1.Indirect Potable Reuse(Planned) : "The reclamation and treatment of water from wastewater (usually sewage effluent) and the eventual returning of it into the current/natural water cycle well upstream of the drinking water treatment plant.
