New Research Idea: Comparing Neuro-genetic,Neuro-Fuzzy and ANFIS in prediction of Soil Erodibility

All the above neural hybrid models are applied in various hydrologic and hydraulic studies but such models are rarely used to predict Soil Erodibility due to the scarcity of data. But with combinatorial data matrix one can take the advantage of such models in prediction of  Soil Erosion in a watershed.

How to calculate Water Quality Index considering the source type, intended use and climate ?

This WQI's primary innovation is that it calculates the WQI based on the type of source from which water is collected, the WQI's intended use, and the local climate at the time the samples were retrieved. The source or location from where the sample is collected has an impact on the quality of water which the index must incorporate at the time of calculation. The purpose for which the water quality index is calculated changes the weightage of the importance of the different quality parameters. For example, if WQI is calculated for knowing how drinkable the sample is then the weightage of coliform will increase compared to other parameters as the presence of coliform in the drinking water can not be permitted. The climate of the area from where the water is collected is another criterion to consider at the time of calculating the WQI. Based on the climate also the weightage of water quality parameters will vary. There will be a difference in the weight of importance if the sampl...

Seven Most Tenable Application of Artificial Intelligence on Water Resource Management Problems

AI or Artificial Intelligence is a pioneering technique that has enabled the creation of intelligent machines. or smart machines which have the power to self adapt based on the situation presented to them. It requires situations whose response is known and based on this training data set it learns the problems which it has to solve when it is ready. Due to the alarming success with AI in robotics, electronics, etc fields the same technique is now used to solve the problems of water resource management. This ppt shows the seven most notable use of AI in water resources-based problems where satisfactory improvement has encouraged the further application of the technique. A Hillstation in the North East India facing acute water scarcity

Jampui is a hill station that has recently gained popularity due to its pristine environment, cloud mist in the morning, and peaceful atmosphere. However, it is also experiencing acute water scarcity. Jampui is located in the princely state of Tripura which is one of the seven sisters of North East India. Jampui Hills is a popular hill station in Tripura's North Tripura district. It is about 200 kilometers from Agartala and is the state's highest hill range. The hill range's average elevation is about 3,000 feet above sea level, which gives the hills their distinct weather and gives rise to the name Jampui, which means "Eternal Hills of Spring." The panoramic views from Jampui Hills encompass the Chittagong Hills, the Kanchanpur-Dasda Valley, and the hill ranges of Tripura and Mizoram. Buses connect Jampui Hills to the major cities of North East India. The nearest rail station is Kumarghat/Pencharthal Railway Station, which is approximately 90 kilometers from Vang...
